1General Terms

77abt An internationally licensed online betting and gaming platform. This document serves as a legal agreement between the operator of this platform ("77abt", "we", "us") and the user ("you", "member", "player").

These terms apply to players in Bangladesh and other eligible countries. Players residing in countries where online betting is prohibited by law may not use this platform. It is each player's sole responsibility to comply with the laws of their own country.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use this platform.
• The same individual may not open more than one account.

• These terms supersede any prior oral or written agreements.

2Account Registration

• The name and identity provided at registration must be genuine.
• Only one account may be registered per mobile number.
• Members are responsible for keeping their account password confidential and not sharing it with any third party.
• Transferring or selling your account to another person is strictly prohibited.
• Please contact our support team to update any account details.

3Identity Verification (KYC)

In accordance with international anti-money laundering regulations 77abt Verifies the identity of all members. KYC documents must be submitted prior to any withdrawal request or when transactions exceed a specified limit.

KYC verification is typically completed within 24–72 hours. All submitted documents are kept strictly confidential and are never shared with third parties.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

77abt-'s deposit and withdrawal policies are designed with members' convenience and security in mind.

• Minimum deposit ৳100, maximum single deposit ৳5,00,000.
• Minimum withdrawal ৳200. Transactions via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket are typically processed within 5–30 minutes.
• Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days to process.
• Each withdrawal must be made via the same payment method used for the deposit.
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit is ৳2,00,000. The monthly maximum is ৳50,00,000.
• Withdrawing while a bonus is active will result in the bonus being forfeited.

5Bonuses & Promotions

77abt-'s bonus offers are subject to specific wagering requirements (WR). By claiming a bonus, you agree to comply with these conditions.

• Welcome Bonus (250%): The combined total of deposit and bonus must be wagered 18 times.
• Weekly Reload (50%): The total amount must be wagered 15 times.
• Cashback bonuses have no wagering requirements.
• Bets placed with bonus funds must have minimum odds of 1.60.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time.
• Bonuses not used before their expiry date will be automatically forfeited.
• Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts or from the same device/IP address will result in bonus cancellation.

6Betting Rules

77abtThe following rules must be observed when placing bets on -. In any disputed situation, 77abt's decision shall be considered final.

• Confirmed bets cannot be changed or cancelled (except via cash-out).
• The right to void bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error 77abt reserves.
• If a match is abandoned or postponed, the bet amount will be refunded.
• If odds change during live betting while placing a bet, the updated odds will apply.
• Accounts may be reviewed if unusual betting patterns are detected.

7Prohibited Activities

Engaging in any of the following activities will result in permanent account closure and possible forfeiture of all funds.

• Match fixing or any attempt to influence the outcome of a match.
• Arbitrage betting — exploiting odds differences across platforms to guarantee a profit.
• Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Hacking, phishing, or any other fraudulent activity.
• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Betting using automated bots or scripts.

8Account Suspension & Closure

77abt We reserve the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account, for any reason, without prior notice.

• Failure to submit KYC documents may result in account restrictions.
• If a breach of terms is confirmed, the account will be closed immediately.
• Players may apply for self-exclusion at any time.
• If there is no bonus balance remaining at the time of account closure, the real-money funds will be returned.

9Limitation of Liability

77abt Accepts no liability in the following circumstances:

• Bets lost due to internet connection issues.
• Issues arising from technical faults on the part of third-party providers.
• Financial losses resulting from the member's own error.
• Service interruptions due to unforeseen circumstances (force majeure).

10Privacy & Data Protection

• Member data is never sold to third parties.
• No information is shared unless required by law.
• All data is protected with 256-bit SSL encryption.
• Members may request deletion of their personal data at any time.

11Terms & Conditions Updates

77abt These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified at least 7 days in advance. Continued use of the platform after any changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12Arbitration & Applicable Law

Any disputes arising from these Terms & Conditions will first be addressed through negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter will be settled in accordance with international arbitration law.

• Complaints must be submitted within 30 days of the incident.
• The arbitrator's decision is binding on both parties.
• This agreement is governed by international e-commerce law.
